Lone Star Aviation Ruggedized – Series Inverters:
The following series of DC-AC pure sine-wave inverters convert 12 or 24 Volts DC input voltage to an output power of 200 up to 3500 watts to either 120 VAC or 230VAC. This inverter series is UL458 safety approved, FCC Class A approved, Compliance to EN55022 EN61000-3-2,3, EN60950-1 and e-13 72/245/EEC, 95/54/EC Class A. The inverters include dual (North America) (GFCI) AC receptacles for consumer safety and compatibility to most ac plugs and or ac equipment. If a Universal, Schuko, Australian or UK output AC receptacles is needed contact the factory for its availability, lead time may vary by part number.
Circuit Protections include: AC GFCI safety, overload, over-temperature, temp controlled fans, short-circuit, reverse-polarity, low battery, isolated circuit, under & over voltage protections. A low power saving mode is also an additional feature to conserve energy.
Military COTS design parameters can be added as an option for a more ruggedized protection to pcb, electronic components, component support and mounting hardware. Options for MIL-A 46146 silicone, MIL-I-46058C conformal coatings, vibration, shock support, humidity protection will further extend the life of product in a ruggedized environment.
