Ventilation Blower

Description

Lone Star Aviation is a leading design manufacturer in our marketplace for DC fans, blowers, axial fans, ventilation blowers, motor speed controls, panel vents and temperature sensors for airborne Fan, blower AIR FLOW applications. The Frosty Blower has a 13 year reliability and performance history operating in harsh environmental conditions for many fan applications. The Frosty DC motor is used from our FAA PMA 6 port blower and was STC approved for defrosting systems for a major OEM.

The Frosty blower’s footprint is ultra small measuring (3.50L”x 3.50W”x 4.50H) for the blower’s body and AIR output nozzle. The universal mounting bracket can be easily adjusted for your specific install and is compatible with most make and models aircraft, i.e. experimental, general aviation to rotorcraft. The speed control module mounts next to the blower with (2) PHP 6-32 on each side of enclosure with the power cable routed to a circuit breaker and power bus.

This ventilation blower has been sold into many markets, i.e. Experimental, Sport, GA, Rotor-craft, Business, Commercial aircraft, as well as Land-Mobile, Marine and Military Vehicles. TOP applications are for ventilation, defrosters, cockpit blower, Galley, Bathroom ventilation kits, cargo refrigeration, avionics cooling, etc. 

Designed for 12 and 24 volt systems, this product line can easily upgrade any front panel with a air-vent eyeball, ventilation (blower), speed controller, POT and label to the front aircraft panel, side panels, etc.  The table below lists parts available for a complete installation.
