Description
The FAA 8130-3 Airworthiness Approval TAG is available for all FAA approved products. The 8130-3 TAG needs to be on the same order as FAA approved products needing an airworthiness TAG. The cost is $200.00 (USD) per 8130-3 form which can include several items on one TAG. Note: 8130-3 form must be ordered and scheduled with local DER before the items ship.
Please inquire at time of order; if 8130-3 forms is required. Destination Country is required on an 8130-3. 8130-3 Form cannot be requested and provided after you received the products.
Anticipate shipping delays if 8130-3 forms are requested due to our DER scheduling. This may cause a delay in furnishing these forms, we strongly suggest that you check to see of Lone Star Aviation’s Certificate of Conformance will be acceptable in lieu of Form 8130-3.
