Description
The LS03-05050-B is designed with an efuse circuit that regulates and manages under-voltage, over-voltage, over-current as well as short-circuit protection. The efuse protects PED, i.e. (iPad, iPhone as well as any USB device including the aircraft systems for optimum safety of flight and integrity for USB functionality.
The LS03-05050-B MS-USB Panel Mount iPad charger was designed to charge iPad, iPhone or USB devices in a ruggedized airborne environment. The MS-USB charging circuitry was developed to charge Apple products, i.e. (5V-2.4A to 12W) for specifically AIR, AIR2 iPads and 5c,5s, 6, 6+, 7, 7+,8 8+10, 10+ iPhones.
The MS-USB panel mount is a MIL STD receptacle that has a dust-proof, moisture resistant silicone cap that’s built into a lightweight aluminum mounting cap. Designed with a mate and lock connector on the rear assembly making it a plug and play installation between the (5v dc converter) and the MS-USB iPad charger.
