USB-A to USB-C Cable, Straight, 1 Meter

Lone Star Aviation’s NEW and improved USB-A to USB-C cables were designed to give the airborne, military markets a ruggedized cable qualified to RTCA DO-160G. The cable incorporates a NEW high strength PU jacket, gold pins, nickel plated connectors, brailed, foil layers and ruggedized USB cable jacket boots. The USB cables have EMI-Foil and braided layers minimize conducted and radiated EMI Emissions for sensitive EFB, computer tables as well as USB-A, USB-C thumb drive applications.  

The USB cable part numbers are LISTED below in Table 100 for your review and consideration. LS03-05040-xxx was designed specifically for ruggedized airborne, military applications for a USB-A to USB-C cable to a  a length of 1M or 3.5M.

The NEW PU polyurethane jacket has the following characteristics making it the best choice for any ruggedized, millinery applications. \

• No toxic fumes:  thermoplastic elastomer, halogen free, 
• Flexibility: Design for higher frequency of movement.
• Durability: Resistant to extreme environmental conditions
• Temperature: Maintains flexibility in LOW/High Temps
• Resistance:  Resistant to chemicals, fuels, oils, solvents, hydraulic fluids, UV.
• Flammability: PU material prevents the release of toxic fumes, smoke.
• Self-Extinguishing: PU materials are UL-1681-VW1 rated and TESTED to DO260G for FR.
• HS Label: Heat Shrink Label with part number and Lot.
